(1) As a VIP Cleaners franchise, you get the use of our name, trademark and logo. Additionally, we provide as part of our franchise opportunity the comprehensive market training and systems, including manuals, operating procedures and policy guides that will enable your business to operate successfully. Our proprietary VIP Cleaners software, thermal printers, laundry bags, garment covers, and branded uniforms. Full marketing training, names of prime prospects in your territory, marketing materials and supplies, but most importantly marketing support whenever and wherever you need it. We will be in constant contact with you ensuring success. We will find, and contract for you, professional craftsmen in your area to deliver the high quality product we expect for our customers. Furthermore, you will receive a protected VIP Cleaners territory in which we pledge NOT to license another Vip Cleaners franchise in your area.

(2) Down payment for cargo van with either lease or buy option.

(3) Computer system, telephone and fax machine.

(4) Travel expenses vary. For example, if you are local then there will be no costs, but if flying in from afar then it will cost a bit more.

(5) Insurance premium, permits, licenses and gas.
